Initial Assessment and Estimate

This complimentary service allows Dr. Stoker to assess your goals, provide recommendations, and estimate pricing prior to your consultation.

Consultation appointments are offered in-person at our beautiful Marina Del Rey office or virtually via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.

There is a $500 consultation fee for in-person or virtual consultations which will be charged 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please allow 45 minutes for the typical virtual consultation.

Photo & File Upload

Upload your completed forms and personal photos. All file attachments are encrypted in transport. Please follow these guidelines when capturing your photos:

• Capture photos in a well-lit space with a solid colored background
• Include a variety of angles including front, profile and back (if necessary). Please reference the examples below.
• Stand about 3 to 4 feet back from the camera
• Center the area to be treated in the photo
