Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 325

This 31-year-old woman was having difficulty breathing and was tired of the way her nose seemed to arch forward. She knew that she wanted to have rhinoplasty and started searching for a qualified surgeon. During her first consultation, she explained that she had a hard time breathing and was frustrated with the size and shape of her nose. Her surgeon was understanding and took some initial photos and facial measurements, as well as examined her internal nasal structures to assess her breathing. He suggested turbinate surgery to correct her breathing as well as rhinoplasty to reshape her nose. Turbinate surgery typically involves making incisions through the nostrils and then removing bone from inside the turbinate, so there is minimal scarring.
