This 60-year-old woman desired a more youthful appearance. Dr. Stoker performed a facelift and temple lift to achieve her goals. In addition to repositioning the skin and muscles of the face and neck, a substantial amount of fat sculpting was done to improve the contour of her neck and jowls. She is shown before and three years after her surgery.
