Facelift/Neck Lift (Deep Plane/Traceless) Before & After Case 1299

Aging can appear in many different forms, such as fine lines and wrinkles and droopy, sagging skin, especially in the mid and lower face. For this patient specifically, she had drooping upper eyelids causing her to have less field of vision and a more aged appearance. Additionally, she had sagging in her mid-face and neck that she wanted to tighten to enhance her overall contour while restoring her youthful appearance. ⁣

We performed a face and neck lift to remove the excess skin that was causing her to look aged, giving her a more refreshed appearance and contour. As for the upper eyelids, we released a small amount of orbicularis oculi (the muscle that closes the eyelid), improving the appearance and field of vision. With my meticulous approach, we were able to camouflage the incisions making them #untraceable post-recovery.
