Facelift - Traceless Facelift Before & After Case 1429

We have a 43-year-old mother who desired pan facial rejuvenation. She has exotic eyes, and gorgeous skin, and a magnificent facial bone structure, yet, she felt that she had an increasing harshness in her appearance from her nasal labial folds and cheek skin, the jowls on the sides, and then the neck laxity. I performed a lower face and neck lift on her using our signature Traceless Technique to achieve a very natural improvement.

This is one of my favorite necks that I have created because it is long and gorgeous. The skin does not have much sun damage, so it looks decades younger than her pre-operative appearance. She no longer has a harshness in her nasal labial folds and jowls that created a more stern and older appearance than she was happy with before. The incisions are not detectable on her. She has one of the most beautiful necks and jawlines that I've created. Our patient is overall happy with this appearance six weeks post-op. The pictures are shown before and six weeks after surgery.
