This 47-year-old mother was dissatisfied with a previous breast augmentation surgery, resulting in capsular contracture. Additionally, pregnancy and thin tissue coverage also contributed to her breast deformity. She searched for a plastic surgery practice that would help her correct her breasts and provide a more natural look. After meeting with the surgeons at Dr. Stoker's Practice, she decided upon a breast lift and replacing her saline implants with silicone gel implants, as well as abdominoplasty.

Her surgeon performed breast implant revision, including a breast capsulotomy and a breast lift, replacing her old implants with silicone gel implants. He also performed a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). Her surgeon used incisions around the circumference of the areolas. Her breasts were lifted to create a more symmetric look, and her new implants reduced the appearance of rippling.
