This 35-year-old mother was disappointed with the size of her breasts and the shape of her areolas (the skin around the nipple). She wanted to have fuller breasts and wanted her areolas to be symmetrical in size and shape. After some consideration, she decided to find a talented Los Angeles breast augmentation surgeon who had a great deal of experience with breast enlargement.

When she met with Dr. David Stoker for her consultation, she explained her concerns and asked what options she had. He suggested that a breast augmentation, with her implants inserted through areolar incisions and placed into submuscular pockets, would give her natural-looking and fuller breasts. Additionally, placing the implants through areolar incisions would allow Dr. Stoker to perform a circumareolar breast lift on her left side to reposition and reshape her left nipple. Circumareolar breast lifts raise the breast without requiring incisions anywhere but around the nipple, minimizing scarring and working well with breast augmentation with areolar incisions.

The "after" pictures were taken four months after surgery and show minimal scarring around the nipple. Her breasts also appear fuller after her surgeon placed smooth, round, moderate profile, 325cc saline implants in both breasts.
