This 46-year-old woman desired fuller and more ideally shaped breasts. She developed some droopiness of her breasts in the years since her first breast augmentation. Dr. Stoker removed her existing implants and replaced them with 600cc smooth silicone gel implants placed through her existing areolar incisions. She is shown before and three months following her surgery.
