Breast Augmentation, Rapid Recovery Before & After Case 1794

A beautiful young artist and fashion designer came to us with insecurities about her breasts. She feels confident in almost everything except for her breast size. She came to us to perform what we call an 'L.A. Natural Breast Augmentation.' She is a 30A cup, and she wanted to go to a B cup. She wanted a significant increase in size but nothing artificial-looking.

We made inframammary incisions on each side while being meticulous in choosing the nipples and inframammary crease distance to ensure a natural-looking appearance. She now has more fullness on each side with a little bit more curvature. We used cohesive silicone gel implants from Sientra, a highly cohesive version that is less likely to have complications, less likely to rupture, and less likely to ripple than most implants. Using our Rapid Recovery technique, downtime is minimal. We're so happy with her result, and we know that she is as well.
