This 23-year-old woman was bothered by the asymmetry and droopiness of her breasts. She found it particularly difficult that she did not fit into any bra well because of the difference in breast size. She desired to have larger and perkier breasts. Dr. Stoker performed a breast lift and augmentation with textured silicone gel implants of different sizes. The two procedures were done together in one operation.
