Ready to regain her pre-pregnancy body with liposuction and breast augmentation revision, this 37-year-old Los Angeles mother and clothing designer turned to Dr. Stoker for help. Eleven years earlier, she had breast implants placed by another surgeon and was now experiencing hardened breasts, droopiness, stretch marks, and rippling. She was also unhappy with how unnatural her previous surgeon's results looked. 

Dr. Stoker found that capsular contracture (excessive scar tissue formation around the implant) was partly to blame for her breasts' distorted shape. In the operating room, he removed her old implants and performed open capsulotomies on each breast to remove the scar tissue, expand her implant pocket, and create a more natural shape. He then placed textured moderate-plus profile 550cc implants on each side through her original scars along the breast fold. He also performed power-assisted liposuction to remove fat from her abdomen, hips, flanks, and inner and outer thighs.
