Brazilian Butt Lift (Fat Grafts to Buttocks) Before & After Case 1261

Using 360-degree power-assisted liposuction, and using that fat for Brazilian butt lifts. It's an area of expertise in my practice. And today I wanted to illustrate with this beautiful 30-year-old patient. She came to me because she was frustrated with her figure. She was really bothered by several areas around her waist and thighs, where the fat was diet resistant, despite her best efforts with exercise and diet. So, that's the perfect kind of case for liposuction, where somebody is still young, has nice elastic skin.

I use very fine cannulas in focusing on liposuction's artistry, here, rather than just the bulk removal of fat. We do that with a very gentle process to preserve that fat, process it, and re-inject it into areas where it's more desired. In this case, it was her buttocks and what's called a Brazilian butt lift. You can see it enhanced your curve. She's got an ideal figure, now, and I know she's very pleased with her outcome.
